At Noreya Beads, all jewellery pieces are carefully handcrafted and made-to-order using bangles, chains, earrings, pearls, and gemstones. Due to the customized and handmade nature of our products, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are generally not accepted once an order is confirmed.

✅ Eligible Cases for Support

We are committed to customer satisfaction and will provide support in the following situations:

If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery

If an incorrect product is delivered

In such cases, we offer replacement or appropriate resolution after verification.

📌 Conditions for Claims

Customers must inform us within 48 hours of delivery

Clear photos or an unboxing video must be provided for verification

The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and handmade nature, the following items are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect:

Pearl bangles, earrings, sets

Chains, coral chains

Gemstones

Customized or made-to-order products

Minor variations in color, size, or design are natural and not considered defects.

🔄 Replacement & Refund Policy

We primarily offer replacement for eligible claims

Refunds will be processed only if replacement is not possible

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days

Shipping charges are non-refundable
