Refund & Returns

At Noreya Beads, every jewellery piece is carefully handcrafted using Bangles, Chains, Earings, and Gemstones. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we follow a no return and no exchange policy once an order is confirmed.

Returns / Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

1. If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery

2. If the wrong product is delivered

Conditions:

1. You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery

2. Clear photos or unboxing video must be shared for verification

3. The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items:

1. Pearl bangles, pearl earrings, pearl sets, chains, coral chains, gemstones

2. Customized or handmade pieces (minor natural variations are not considered defects)

Refunds:

1. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days

2. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

3. Shipping charges are non-refundable
