All jewellery pieces are handcrafted and made-to-order

Minor variations in color, size, pearls, or gemstones are natural and not defects

Product images are for reference; actual products may slightly vary due to lighting or display settings

2. Orders & Payments

Full payment is required to confirm an order

All prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise

3. Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly after confirmation; therefore, cancellations are generally not possible.

However, customers may request cancellation within a short time window (1–2 hours of placing the order) by contacting our support team.

4. Returns & Replacements

Returns and exchanges are not generally accepted due to the handmade nature of products.

However, in case of damaged or incorrect items, we offer replacement or appropriate resolution as per our Refund Policy.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are advised to review product details carefully before placing an order, as products are handcrafted and made specifically for each purchase.

6. Liability

Noreya Beads is not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather conditions

Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
